Polychem has a dedicated up-to-date research laboratories equipped with all testing, evaluation and application instruments, which are engaged in development of innovative products and processes with special emphasis on tailor-made resins to suit specific requirements of customer. The application laboratory is fully geared to help customers in adapting the new technology resins for a variety of applications.

All incoming raw material are thoroughly evaluated for the acceptance quality and their suitability for product performance. Every product batch is evaluated for confirmation of its physical specifications and performance properties. Our R & D laboratory is well equipped for the development of tailor-made resins as per customer requirement. The PLC operated pilot plant can also simulate all reaction conditions of production reactors in order to produce tailor-made resins in quantities for research purposes and trial requirements.
